Our event directors have amassed years of experience across a range of event types, empowering them with the understanding of exactly how live events function. After all you only get one chance to get it right during a live event, a pressure and stress you just don’t need. We believe you should be free to get on with the most important part of the task…creating and then enjoying the vision of what is needed, unencumbered with the detail of how it will be delivered. In particular on the day of the event, your energy is needed elsewhere without the stress of the “back stage or off stage” direction & issues the events present. Preparation and planning is where the true success of an event is found. From day one we are passionate about collaborating with your team to dive in and fully understand your vision. After all no one knows your business like you do. We want to get to know you, your goals and your needs. Our passion lies in working with you to deliver an event that creates a tangible benefit to your business by engaging your customers in an impactful way. The pre- event process is vital to this, hence we focus all our past experience and expertise to not only discuss your vision and the hundreds(if not thousands) of moving parts that are involved in the production, we love to also offer suggestions, solutions and guidance based on decades of event experience. Post Event Process
From design to delivery and beyond….like your very own efficient event production S.W.A.T team you won’t even know we arrived or left. Right up until the last of the confetti has been vacuumed, the CT Events experience is seamless. Post event production tasks and debriefs are integral to ensure your event experience is one you want to remember and talk about, not one you want to forget. We conceive experiences that invoke the senses, touch the heart and spark the imagination. We use cutting technology and a bucket full of passion to deliver events that focus on participant experience right up till the curtain drops.
