Client Brief: To work with local suppliers in Singapore and Cartagena to produce a seamless impactful event to drive sales in the regions

Singapore Production: Corporate Theatre worked with our partner ETG in Singapore to supply all production elements as well as an expo and store for product and merchandise sales.

Sets and stage layouts were designed Corporate Theatre and produced in Singapore by ETG and all key operators were supplied by Corporate Theatre and additional technical operators were supplied by ETG. Corporate Theatre has a long relationship with ETG jointly producing events throughout Asia over the last 15 years.

Corporate Theatre also produced all the 3D animations for screen content and managed all speaker presentations along with video content. 

 Cartagena Production: Corporate Theatre worked with iLogic in Cartagena to supply all production elements as well as an expo and store for product and merchandise sales. Similar to the Singapore convention, Corporate Theatre worked with iLogic to create the set incorporating a complete LED solution. Key technical operators were supplied out of Australia to operate the Watchout system use by iLogis to deliver all the visual content. ETG’s senior technical director was also brought to Cartagena to ensure the technical production was of the high standard achieved in Singapore.

Language, naturally was a challenge but all operations crew knew their roles and executed accordingly with limited need for communication once rehearsals had been completed.
